I am loving the new Kawaii Winter range full of warm cosy looking hoodies ! Not only will you stay super warm you will look super Kawaii at the same time! You can find so many cute outfits here!

In at number 3 and a personal fave shop of mine will be the lovely and cute Frilly Pops who can be found on Esty. The owner is the queen of pom poms and puts my own home made ones to pom pom shame. You can get the most adorable pom pom earring and even garlands to make any Kawaii lover fall in love with such a cute gift! From wearing them to displaying them in your very own kawaii space! These will be a hit for those who like to stand out from the crowd and are super quirky earrings to wear~ I must have at least 5 pairs of these adorable earrings!

I have to admit the Donut stuff is so cute a mix of yummy food ( I love iced donuts!)  cute pastels and dash of glitter is so adorable!

Kawaii London- Item review.

Hey guys , a good while back I put a order into a Esty store called Kawaii London, that has some very interesting and quirky items. I found them via facebook which in turn lead me to the online shop.
Facebook linkShop and Esty links for ya.

What really attracted me there was the bright and bold colours, I saw a jumper that looked super cute and cosy and just of late , I went through all my jumper and am disgusted in my Kawaii self. HOW on EARTH did I neglect jumpers! About 80% of them are old, shabby, un loved ,dull and so un-kawaii ...some one call the Kawaii police its that bad!

I just can't...Any way I was like RIGHT, winter time means jumpers so I have taken it in my hands to find and update my jumpers/sweaters to the Kawaii level that they should be at.
Because my order was places through Esty it was super easy to order, put it in the basket and use pay pal . Done. So this is a small independent designer who doses these which is why I was happy to pay about £20 for the jumper I wanted.

My order was a bit delayed but this was in no fault of the seller as it was due to a bank holiday in England. These things happen. So my order came in the post, well presented and packed neatly.

Oh yea I also got a Barbie inspired  bracelet, it was so quirky and cute but after a week - I caught it on the hoover , Well the part where you wrap the cord up after you been doing the hoovering and then go to tidy it away...yea I do house work guy's , the kawaii life do have it pit falls lol! Well ,that bit yeah? My bracelet snagged on it...beads everywhere. Gutted.
So it was a short relationship with the bracelet. But I really loved it and was wearing it every day. Am such a shatter brain at times. I should have taken it off to do the chores . Any I do have it in some of the photos I took.

As you can see the Bracelet was so cute, but the jumper is really awesome too. The jumper has diamonds all over it some are glitter others are yellow -ish shade and a sky blue shade and the all very sharp and clean cut on the HOT pink over all jumper colour.
I picked a M size which is to be a UK 12, I picked it because I love my baggy jumpers to cuddle under and cosy up with and liked the idea of a over size, I think if I did pick the S size it too would be nice a roomy when worn. Inside the jumper is a soft and fleece fuffly feeling. Making it nice a cosy!

If you love diamonds and hot pink and love a bold piece of clothing then this is the shop for you.
I have already spied a other outfit I would like to purchase from Kawaii London. I think I will wait till the end or next month to pick something . Mind you it might not get much ware out of it as its more like a summery item! LOL

Pom Pom- Frilly Pops Review

Hello every one, am back I have a few things to post. I thought things would be quite, so I did some videos on Youtube. But Then I got some kawaii goodies in the post and wanted to review them for you.

Today's Review is a online store run on Esty called FrillyPops! I was searching Esty - you always can find some neat looking and kawaii one of a kind items and found this seller, selling the most adorable and Kawaii looking earrings!!
There is not much on the Esty store at the time being as the seller is working on other projects but it gives you a good idea of the pieces she makes.
I did have a hard job picking which earrings I wanted and in the end picked the ones here! The Strawberry Milkshake ones. Kyaaa! I thought I might use them with my maid cafe outfit but then I got 2 dresses for my birthday and it goes with them too.
My items came with in a few days and were packed well inside the post parcel. This is was how they were presented.

All Wrapped up in stickers with a Flyer -Kawaii.

*Note- I didn't open these till later on on my birthday as I was out all day on a workshop , So I had to use my flash.

How cute are these? OH I just love them soo~ much they are in a soft pink shade and on a pink chain that links them to the earring piece. The also came with plastic backs on them. First impressions were KAWAII!!
My earrings with postage cost me £9.40 and for something hand made I think that is a very good price.

They are well made, no they look very professionally made as there is not a trace of imperfection on any of the pom pom's or the jewellery and the jewellery findings. Second impression- Am in love with them.
I will point out these pom pom's are the perfect size and the perfect lenght for my personal taste. They are super fun, cute and girly. The pom pom's  l have a nice weight when worn. They are t not light weight enough to become easily moved in the wind when  standing still , but they do swing kawaii style when your moving about. And they are super super soft so you will not mind them brushing past your neck.

I just Love them soo much!

If you love the look of these as much as I do. Then please check out the links already above and below.

Kawaii interview time- Gobbolino

Today's Kawaii interview is with a retailer. A ebay seller who sells at a store called Gobboline- who have a vast alternative styles with are cute, quirky and street fashion inspired,so lets get on with the interview and get to know the more about Gobbolino!

Hello Gobbolino, Thank you for taking part in Kawaii interview time!
Can you tell us how Gobbolino came to light and who works behind the scenes?

We started our market stall in the electric ballroom in Camden town London in around 1998, I started by chance really. With the idea of doing nail art, at that time no one was doing this at all and I was good with a paint brush.
I got quite experimental piecing peoples nails with braddle putting hoops on. I also started to plait bright coloured hair extensions strands into peoples hair, using a glue gun to seal them to peoples hair. I started to sell a few pieces of clothing on the side, With doing nails and hair gluing business. That was when I noticed that,  I could get more money if I ripped it up and pinned it back together.
Before all that I was a shop girl in the wholesale district in Finsbury Park and had access to buying cheep garments in bulk as well as lots of factories that gave me free scraps of fabric. I was a mouthy little teenage and they probably gave me stuff to get rid of me lol

What inspires you to create/make items for your store?

Ive always had a love of what teenagers are wearing its so fresh new and inspiring. The youth of today is always my inspiration I want to give them what they are looking for.

What fashions would you say fit this store?

Wow, I think for the main part we are an underground brand so we sell anything the high street wouldn't be brave enough to sell.. Its all a bit quirky crazy sexy cool

What items would you recommend for J-fashion an Kawaii fashion from your store.

Kawaii fashion is so much fun super sickly sweet punk fusion its great. We have decoden phone cases, jewellery boxes, doughnut mirrors, crazy junk jewellery that are made from vintage my little Pony's as well has lace lolita headbands, furry bear hats, big bow hair clips in trillions of colours just to name a few

What sort of people  would you say would enjoy shopping with you and your store.
I think its mainly alternative young ladies who are into grunge, indie, punk, kawaii, rockabilly, and goth's too.

Do you have a personal interest in harajuku or Japanese fashion?

It does interest me a lot ? Yes!  I can't wait for my copy of kera magazine to arrive from Japan every month  !

What have found to be the most popular items in your store and why do you think they are so popular?

This year, It has been the year of the head scarf. I think because anyone can rock it!

What pieces have you found most challenging thing you have made and what sneaky insights can you give us to up coming products?

Although at first making furry leg warmers was a great idea. But it became a nightmare to breathe in fake fur fluff!
It gets up your nose, mouth ...in fact everywhere, hand cutting gives you blisters and  its painful , its just horrible to work with. Please don't let furry leg warmers come back into fashion !

Oooh, What's coming next ? Well a large collection of tees and jumpers I've been scribbling and illustrating pictures all winter

What other hopes do you have for Gobbolino for this year?
Its going to be a busy one that's for sure! Lots of meetings of what is coming next - Watch this space!

What do you  like about alternative fashion and aiming your products to that market?

Eccentric mad fashion is so much more fun, I remember at college them suggesting that  I design a collection for wallis . I decided then and there designing for a generic high street store was not for me and I would have to make my own way in this world.

Do you have any idols or inspiration?
I suppose early inspiration was the dark crystal, labyrinth and fantasy films really. Me and my friend would sit around and draw the characters together, its what we did for fun.

Do you have a favourite Kawaii item of your own?

My personal dress sence isn't really kawaii, it doesn't really suit me.. In the summer and spring Im more of a trainer freak, big gold hoops and wear a lot of vintage clothing. I don't really have a set style but this winter i seem to have had a period of just buying everything in black smart look going on.. I also discovered Clarks shoes are actually the most comfort and style I've ever seen wooohhh!

Would you like to visit Japan and what would you do there?

I haven't been to Japan as yet, but its on my list of places to go although I have been exploring in the far east last year

And where can we buy from you?
You can buy on Ebay, Esty and my website!

And you can find me on Facebook and Instagram too!
http://instagram.com/gobbolino_uk

Thank you so much for taking part and telling us more about you and your store! I hope that some of the Kawaii readers will be heading over to your store and be checking it out! I hope every cutie also enjoyed the interview too!

So much Bling from Di Depux

Hello every one! I hope you are ready to start the week with some Bling and Kawaii.
I really dont like that word Bling lol but it seems fitting for my blog post today. A few posts back I did a review on  some super cool Jewellery here from  Di depux Review . I did say that I really liked the stuff so I went ahead and have ordered from them for the 3rd time!

I was so happy with my order that I had to get some more, This is not a review as such, as I am just going to show off my haul of goodies, I will be reviewing my next haul of goods as they have a custom piece.

I have a bit of a thing for bold looking necklaces and in cute yet bright colours to make my own kawaii outfits stand out that bit more. So here are some Photos of my newest necklaces.

I got 3 stunning necklaces one in Japanese one in Romaji and the other as a name necklace.

I love this necklace its simple yet its the background of kawaii images made this stand out and its a great necklace to wear for every day use or for a way to bling up a outfit there is something about this that looks like J-fashion street style with the bold letters

This one is a name necklace which I wanted to get  my online name on , its a smaller in size than the other ones, This one I can easily wear, I really like the Pink acrylic colour with the mirror effect, its very girly and petite.

The other one is the Japanese one with the word ''Harajuku'' a place that all kinds of Japanese fashion is born and where you can see all kinds of fashion, I place I would love to wonder around in a dream like state in lust hehe.
This one also has those cute swarovski crystals added to the pendent and I adore the Purple Chain that is not as think as my ''Dream'' necklace but its still a good weight to it.

I am looking forward to my next order and I can't wait to show you my newest items.
Till next time

Review form Didepux

Hey every one! Its been a while right? Well am back from my holidays but before I yet again love you and leave you Kawaii fan's before I move house I am going to let you all have a look at my review from Didepux a online Esty store, I have been admiring this stuff for so long-I really should have ordered like ages ago haha!  So I got myself in gear took a jump and and ordered one of the necklaces I have been lusting over.
Lets check it out!

Because its a Esty shop its nice and easy to use and to pay for my order. It takes a while to come to the UK as its coming from Greece. My order took about 2 weeks to arrive.

When I got my order I was shocked to find so much inside!
So much cute, shinys, so colourful and so much Kawaii. I have to say I was very impressed with the presentation.

Here is my necklace I ordered its Japanese for Dream. I hope by wearing it ,it will inspire me to reach my dreams and keep making new ones.

I also got a Free gift of a pair of cute blue flower earrings!

Here is a close ups of the necklace.

The item is very large in style and bold which is what made me fall in love with it, its pretty and cute and the chain has a fair weight to it, its not a overly long chain and sits very neatly when worn. I love the pink chain!

The items in my option are fairly priced, I wish the shipping was a bit less but never mind teehee!
I adore the styles and products here and like the fact that this necklace is a 2 layer pendent and has proven to be be sturdy against my 2 year olds grabby hands on shiny things..

When I have worn this (while on holiday.) It caught every ones eye and every one was interested in it.
Would I recommend this shop. . .YES! so much so I have returned to buy not just one more necklace but 3!!
My poor bank account hates me know haha. . .
Over all thoughts, Worth the money quality items for all fashions, with lots of inspired pieces from Japan. There is also a option to make custom name items too.
Kawaii!
I cant wait for my next order and by then my camera which died on me while on holiday will be fixed and I will be back with internet..I just hope in the mean time my lap top will not pack on me..Am really not doing to well with technology  right know ...heh
Least I have my necklace to keep me looking great and Kawaii right?!
so check them out guys! Links below!

Next time I will be blogging from my new home! I cant wait to update you all with my Kawaii home decorating and touches teehee. So till next time Stay Kawaii!
