Kawaii Squishable Review

Hey every one!
How are you all? today's post is a other review with a video which is found here on my Channel!!
This review is so awesome! I got a parcel from the delivery man today and he came to the door with this HUGE box!
You can imagen how excited I was! My item for a sponsored review came, Yay!

My item for reviewing comes from the online store Squishables! Squishables is the home of over sized fuzzy animal soft toys and they have a huge collection from small ones to large ones. It is super hard to even pick out of the ones they have in stock on the web site. After much debate between a Kitten or a Unicorn . I gave up and asked my facebook friends, even then I turned to my faithful Kawaii little girl 'chibi bean'  and took her advise and picked the unicorn. Yep she has great taste!

So my item came safe and sound , the item was wrapped in a plastic bag and surrounded by brown paper to cushion it in the box. Along with its little receipt inside the box too.
Personally and this is just a personal thing but I LOVE it when companies add some cute  flyers , business cards or  have a cute presentation , Maybe something like a cute packaging like what Build a bear do with thier carry boxes . I know many folks see this as extra 'junk' but to me it makes it more business like and personal , Again that's what I like to see when I buy something cause its nice to feel that bit extra has gone into ordering from that shop.

That aside, the item.  OH MY KAWAII!! This is the most adorable thing! I love it. I am super pleased with this unicorn. A chubby, plump ,Cute unicorn. The Unicorn is shaped in a round ball style and he is pure white body and head wise with a white tummy . Blue tail and matching mane, A yellow horn and brown cute hooves. No detail has been skipped on the unicorn looking like a unicorn.

He has a dopey smile on his face and is so fluffy its crazy soft! I have a feeling there shall be a battle between myself and my daughter over who gets to keep him  in what room - haha. I knew he was going to be one of the bigger items but I really had not prepered myself and to have him (Yes I have given him a gender.) in my hands and realise how big he is.

He is one from the 15"  size collection  and he is made from polyester fibre. He is retailed at £34.99 and I would say he is worth every penny, due to his size and quailty. As a mother I did check him over for any loose threads, or parts and nothing seemed to be lose or anything as he is pretty well made. However please do remove all swing tags before giving these items to a child and it recommends that these are for the ages of 3+ ( up to 200yrs old and down again.) I freely admit I am a big kid at heart and love all things cute and am so pleased with this item , I would for sure recommend these to others to buy and buy for Children.

I  also love the connection they have with the customers on Facebook (links found at the end of the post.) and the website to Vote for your favourite designs that they are working on! I think that is really cool and it helps build a good relationship with the customers. I would love to see more Kawaii styles being made.

I really do love my new squishable buddy - the name of the company is very fitting as you really do want to squish them and hug em so much with them being super super soft.
So here are some more photos for you to enjoy and the Links to everything you will need to own your very own squishable! Kawaii!!

Till next time Keep it cute!

Enji Review!

Hey every cutie! I hope every one has enjoyed my my past blog posts of interviews. Today  I have a review to share with you . Last week I got my 1st ordered from Enji an online store who sell some Japanese inspired Jewellery, who also collaborate in the past with (my idol) Rainbowholic! I  have admired this stuftf for long and finally the pieces are back in stock that I wanted. So I wanted to share this review with you all.

To Order from Enji you will find her online store here
Enji on storenvy. Some retailers also stock her stuff such as Kawaii NOLA *waves* It was actually Kawaii Nola's instagram who were showing off the products from Enji that pulled me into making my own order!
Am so happy to be a proud owner of these pieces and I may have ordered a (Rainbowholic x Enji ) more for this month. huhuh!

As you can see, I order 2 pieces that came to $27 dollers which is about  £16 something. I got the '' KyAAA'' long chain necklace and the 'Suki' (Love) in Japanese earring. (Note the earrings come as a single item NOT a pair.) I picked the one with the black and red , it was a hard choice as I wanted the more colourful one but I wanted one that I could wear with any outfit and I find black is the best option.
My order was placed on the 9th of the month and it came about 2weeks or so after . I can not mind the exact date but it was rought 2-3weeks which I expected and was happy for the wait. Well they are coming all the way from Indonesia!

When I got my order it came in a box shaped parcel unforntailly - this had been battered about in the post . *tear* I was a bit worried about the products because acrylic can snap . However all the products were wrapped inside and nothing was damaged. no wonder because it took me like 20mins to get into the securely wrapped items! haha! After 20mins of tackling the bubble wrap I got to my items.
The items are lovely very bold looking and in a way very simple colour are in black in text ''KyAA'' Which is a word often anime characters often say when in shock - its quite cute! I guess its like the word for '?!?!'  it is placed one a  big white speech bubble and on a very long black chain. I have only tried it on to see how long it is- hehe.I'ts so cool!

The earring is made up of 3 pieces of acrylic the Japnese is Suki which means love the top and bottom pieces are the Kanji and the middle piece is a cute pair of red hot lips! I love the red lips heehee, it is also a dangle style of earing and its adorable . With the fact is acrylic its light weight so, no pulling on my ears! yay!

I have worn it many times already it looks so cool on and many folks have commented on how cool it is and wanted to know what it means - its a pleasure to tell others it means love- my love for Japan. My order also came with a cute business card from the store. The best thing and maybe why I love this shop a lot is the fact the owner has a keen love for Japan, I have spoken to her in the past and she is very polite and very lovely. Also when my items where posted she found out the items shipping was less and even refunded me the difference- which I thought was extremely thoughtful and honest, as some folks or companies would not bother and say nothing! That really tugged a string on my heart and made me a retuning and supporting customer more so thanks to the great customer care, great products and service.

Am really looking forward to what is in store for Enji and its Products so please do give them some support by checking em out and show them some love!

Review form Didepux

Hey every one! Its been a while right? Well am back from my holidays but before I yet again love you and leave you Kawaii fan's before I move house I am going to let you all have a look at my review from Didepux a online Esty store, I have been admiring this stuff for so long-I really should have ordered like ages ago haha!  So I got myself in gear took a jump and and ordered one of the necklaces I have been lusting over.
Lets check it out!

Because its a Esty shop its nice and easy to use and to pay for my order. It takes a while to come to the UK as its coming from Greece. My order took about 2 weeks to arrive.

When I got my order I was shocked to find so much inside!
So much cute, shinys, so colourful and so much Kawaii. I have to say I was very impressed with the presentation.

Here is my necklace I ordered its Japanese for Dream. I hope by wearing it ,it will inspire me to reach my dreams and keep making new ones.

I also got a Free gift of a pair of cute blue flower earrings!

Here is a close ups of the necklace.

The item is very large in style and bold which is what made me fall in love with it, its pretty and cute and the chain has a fair weight to it, its not a overly long chain and sits very neatly when worn. I love the pink chain!

The items in my option are fairly priced, I wish the shipping was a bit less but never mind teehee!
I adore the styles and products here and like the fact that this necklace is a 2 layer pendent and has proven to be be sturdy against my 2 year olds grabby hands on shiny things..

When I have worn this (while on holiday.) It caught every ones eye and every one was interested in it.
Would I recommend this shop. . .YES! so much so I have returned to buy not just one more necklace but 3!!
My poor bank account hates me know haha. . .
Over all thoughts, Worth the money quality items for all fashions, with lots of inspired pieces from Japan. There is also a option to make custom name items too.
Kawaii!
I cant wait for my next order and by then my camera which died on me while on holiday will be fixed and I will be back with internet..I just hope in the mean time my lap top will not pack on me..Am really not doing to well with technology  right know ...heh
Least I have my necklace to keep me looking great and Kawaii right?!
so check them out guys! Links below!

Next time I will be blogging from my new home! I cant wait to update you all with my Kawaii home decorating and touches teehee. So till next time Stay Kawaii!

Hi there Kaila chan I'm very excited to have you be in my Blog interview,
I am a bit of a fan of yours and your blog!
so I am feeling a bit star stuck
*@__@*

Can you tell us when you started to reach your dreams and why?

I started to make a move when I finally took Japanese language lessons every Saturday during my sophomore year in college. I was just starting with my major subjects back then so it was really stressful for me but thankfully, I still managed to learn the basics of Nihongo. My older brother who has been living in Japan for almost 8 or 9 years would be biggest influencer in making me so decided that I should pursue my "Japanese dream". My family and I all witnessed how my brother established himself in a country so foreign and so out-of-reach for a struggling family like us.

He really inspired me a lot that is why even though I had to finish four years of university first (got my first Japanse visa rejected along the way), I really went 1000% in reaching this dream. I tried applying for scholarships, etc. but I failed all of those huhuhu.
We both come from a big family that had a lot of drama (my dad was fired from his job, my mom had illness, one of my brothers got severely depressed) and I learned and matured a lot from that.. and I guess you can tell that my darkest days as a child / teenage really shaped me to be this optimistic / "gambatteru hito" (always doing her best) person.
 I'm a tough girl!

^__^
(We are glad you are a tough girl with a kawaii heart  it makes you, well you <3 )

What inspired you to make a Blog to share your adventures?

Actually, I started Rainbowholic around a year or so before I went to Japan. I used to own another personal website (which I started when I was 14? 15?) then moved to Rainbowholic afterwards. When I was in college, I tried my best updating it regularly but my course (Advertising Management) really took all of my time.... so I thought I should just wait for the day when I could finally see Japan in my own eyes. After that, I had a lot of good experiences and funny discoveries here in the land of the rising sun and I couldn't stop sharing about those! I got a lot of positive feedback and those really encouraged me to bring Japan closer to my readers and make them feel that they are also with me with my photo-heavy posts.

What do you love the most about living in Japan and how would you describe it?

There are so many good things about living in Japan but what I love most about Japan would be-- safety.
If ever you accidentally leave your bag/wallet in a train or somewhere else,Japanese people in general would not even bother to take it home.. instead, they would return it to the train staff. Also, walking alone in the middle of the night is not a scary thing to do... if it were another place, you can encounter robbers, snatchers or even rapists..? "
@_@

What would you recommend to any one to go see if they went to Japan?

Of course, I would recommend them to visit HARAJUKU!! It's the most interesting place in Tokyo because you can experience traditional Japan by visiting the Meiji shrine and witness the latest fashion trends in Takeshita Dori.

(*Takes notes*)

What the most Fun DIY-Kawaii thing you have made and what was the most challenging ?

The most fun DIY-Kawaii / Kawaii DIY would be the Rainbowholic Kuruma-chan (Kuruma=car)!
It's craaaazy!

image belongs to Rainbowholic

(Here is a photo! I love this Car @_@)

I love your Kawaii wheels that you used as a project can you tell us more about it?

About the kawaii wheels / Rainbowholic Kuruma-chan, it's actually a big group effort between my brother + our friends and me.
Since I've been doing an all-out promotion for Rainbowholic, we figured we should do something people have not witnessed before.
My brother and his wife even went back to Philippines to purchase the cheaper reflector stickers / decals because having our own design / itasha made would cost us 500% more or something like that. For less than a week, we worked on the car every single night until sunrise (since it was so HOT during summer afternoons)… and after we finished it, we had a Rainbowholic Ruckus parade in Harajuku~!

Link: See HERE!

I heard your hoping to adopt a puppy has that progressed any further?

Actually, I was very disappointed because the small dog that I wanted wasn't available any more when I applied. :"( I'd still consider adopting a puppy in the future but it would still require monetary means and currently.. I'm broke (spent it on a Hongkong trip >_<). But yeah, I still dream of owning a chocolate toy poodle!!

(KAWAII!!!!!)

Aww I hope you get your Dream puppy soon!
What's the sweetest thing a Fan has done for you and the oddest?

All of my readers are sweet but the sweetest thing that one did would be sending me a package full of letters how I had inspired her + handmade goodies and souvenirs from places she went.
It was very touching that I weeped! Haha~

As for the oddest, I don't think I have received any odd gift yet.. :P

(Aww how sweet ^__^)

Who would you say your fashion inspiration comes from?

My fashion inspiration comes from many Japanese-related influences
(such as the kawaii character + oldskool anime culture).. also, whenever I browse through Japanese magazines such as Kera or Popteen, I also get inspiration from those.
My fashion style is very moody so for me, it's a bit hard to tell where I really get inspired from.

What up coming projects can you share with us?

The new Rainbowholic website that I've been preparing for a month! Watch out for that since I'll be doing the coding on my own :D

(Is excited to see this,Maybe you could revamp my Blog..hehe)

Is there any other places in the world you would like to visit?

I would love to visit Paris, Seoul, Bangkok… and the list goes on! I plan to travel around the world someday =)

What your animes and mangas at the moment?

I started ONE PIECE a few months ago but I had to pause it for a while because.. it's bad for productivity hahaha.
I used to read manga's but now, I love watching Korean dramas and movie's more (yep!).

What fashion trends do you predict that may reach over my way?(UK USA EURO)

I think that tattoo tights would be the next big trend there (haven't seen many Western look book-ers wearing those tights).
(You know I think we will be seeing those tights very soon too!)

Where do you see your self in the next few years?

In the next few years, Rainbowholic may become an actual brand / shop here in Tokyo. Seems impossible but every dream is an insane one anyway. Hehe~

And what other Dreams would you like to reach for ?

I would love to become a creative entrepreneur or a boss of my own in the future.
My ultimate dream is to go home / travel every now and then without worrying for my air plane fare.

Thank you so much for giving us some of your Kawaii time Kaila-Chan,
I am really looking forward to all your new adventures!

You can all keep up with Kaila aka Rainbowholic giving her some Twitter Love and catch up on Rainbowholic Facebook.

Stay super Kawaii

The Sunshine Daisy reivew

The weather has been so rotten over the past few days,I really needed something to cheer me up.Today I was delighted to get a tiny little box covered in love hearts with my name on it.

It was my Sunshine Daisy order!
*^__^*
I have been looking forward to my order so its well cheered me up.
Im so happy it really was a Glitter filled popper when I opened it!
*winks*
So what did I order?!
I ordered the lavender shooting star necklace I fell in love with the Shooting star range, not only is it cute Stars are a symbolic thing of mine with being pagan as the points of the stars represents the elemental energy s around us but also the fact the range is so CUTE like a cute-ness overload, I do love stars and the moon so much.
Hehe.
I spent a long time admiring all the products,Which there is a fair range of so many sweet things.
So I got my order and was over the moon.
The postage only took a week!
(coming from the USA too!)
The parcel was secure and well sealed everything was wrapped up in its own bag  which were cuddled up together in gift wrap,to be open with a shower or Kawaii love of glitter and small shineys!
*Imagen me cooing over the shower of Kawaii glitter and shiny show*

So yea after my Kawaii shower,I opened up my new necklace, its cute I mean super cute,I wondered if the pendent was going to be heavy but no its so light!

It is also bigger that I thought and its got the main pendent being the star in lavender with glitter in it,its got a smooth but frost finish to the star too.
Either side of the Star are 2 Kawaii baby lavender safety pins again they are light too so this is like a necklace that will not hang on your neck and feel like you are being pulled down to the earth.
Its on a Pink light weight Chain which is a short  so it sits nicely on just below on the collar bone and with a really good size clasp,Know I've worked with jewellery and i can not stress how much easier life is with bigger claw hook clasp!See those small ones they drive me round the bend!
So big thumbs up there!

no flash

with flash you can see the glitter in the star!
(>.~ ) *~chu wink!

I'm very happy with my new necklace even my Lil Chibi bean said it was ''Prettys'' Bless her.
Because The Sunshine Daisy is on Esty is super easy to order!
Also the super kawaii owner who is a total sweetheart is interested in myself doing some small advertising  and a little bit of modelling for her Esty store with a few of the products.
Which I am very flattered about as she has so nice about it!

And Im keeping that suprise for you by not showing you them products so you are gona have to go over to The Sunshine Daisy Face Book
to see those coming soon and then look out for them at
 Esty shop!
Also you may get more of a heads up on their
(^A^)

Am I mean?! lol
Well you all gona have to wait and see!
But till then,Stay Super Kawaii with The Sunshine Daisy!

Roxie Sweet Heart-Love it!

So I have some birthday money to spend and I just had to get my hands on some goods from Kawaii Roxie Sweet heart!
So I treated myself.
I took a while to pick with so much lovely stuff,I want one of everything!
Oh please send me some goodies Roxie Sweet heart! I love it all so much!
I adore the quirky styles and colours and...I also am itching to get some more stuff!
So What did I get in the end?
Well check out my photos.
The website is easy to use maybe.... to easy to use and spend my money and sent me into debt.
^__^
Heehee!

So today I got a package from the post man.
Right away I knew it was Roxie Sweet heart as they had a sticker Logo on it and my goodness it was secure it took me about 10 mins of attacking the box to resort to using scissors to open the box while my daughter sat in her high chair laughing at me and my attempts.
@.@
LOL!

So once it was open,I found everything neatly packaged and wrapped lovingly and safe in bubble wrap to again my daughter delight she loves the stuff!
Also My order came safely and fast with Free UK Postage!
A plus in my book!

so what I got was the Plastic Chain Necklace in  light Pink and a Drippy Heart in Purple,There is something about the necklace that is catches the eye when worn maybe cause it is so different to other Kawaii jewellery.

I love the lenght of the chain and you can also adjust it to what you perfer I like mine to be both long and short but I wore mine low down and its a nice weight nice and light to wear!
It even has a small pendent on the chain with Roxie Sweet heart on it.
SUPER CUTE!

Its a nice see through pink colour

 I LOVE IT!
The other item as I said is the dripping heart ring I went for it in purple and I thought it was going to be a small ring,no... it takes up some space,Which I like cause its seen and will look so good for my upcoming photo shoots!

Watch this space Roxie Sweat heart!
Its just so cool!

I suggest not to wear any other rings with it as I did above as I think its best to leave this beauty do all the talking,I like how it can be used for so many ideas and styles like Goth/Lolita/Cyber and so many other fashion.
*spoilers your gona have to wait!*
The customer service and rapor with customers is also fantastic I love sending them a wee Tweet and you can find them onFacebook
So I have fallen in love with Roxie Sweet heart as you can tell,Ive also just looked on the web site...
AND GO LOOK!

Because they have added NEW PRODUCTS!!!
